Formal Interviews

Employer Timeline

  • Monday, October 19, 2026 — Registration Opens

  • Monday, November 16, 2026 (5:00 PM PT) — Registration Deadline

  • Friday, January 15, 2027 (12:00 PM PT) — Employers Begin Reviewing Applications

  • Monday, January 25, 2027 (5:00 PM PT) — Employer Selections Due

Student Timeline

  • Monday, November 30, 2026 — Registration Opens: Students can register for the Formal Interview Program and begin reviewing employer postings.

  • Monday, December 14, 2026 — Application Period Opens: Students can begin submitting applications to employers. Registration remains open throughout the application period.

  • Friday, January 15, 2027 (12:00 PM PT) — Student Application Deadline: Deadline to submit applications to employers for the Formal Interview Program.

  • Thursday, January 28, 2027 (9:00 AM PT) — First Round of Interview Invitations and Draft Interview Schedules Released

  • Thursday, January 28–Tuesday, February 2, 2027 (5:00 PM PT) — Student Interview Review & Cancellation Period

    • Students must review their interview schedules and cancel any interviews they no longer wish to accept through Flo Recruit.

  • Friday, January 29, 2027 — Cancellation Deadline for First Round Interview Invitations

  • Monday, February 1, 2027 — Second Round of Interview Invitations and Updated Draft Interview Schedules Released

  • Tuesday, February 2, 2027 (5:00 PM PT) — Final Student Cancellation Deadline

    • Students receiving interviews through the second round must complete any cancellations through Flo Recruit by this deadline.

  • Wednesday, February 3, 2027 — Final Interview Schedules Emailed

  • After Wednesday, February 3, 2027 (5:00 PM PT) — Students must email pipsday@uclawsf.edu to request any interview cancellations. Same-day cancellations are not permitted except in the case of an emergency.
