What Happens Next?

Formal Interviews

  1. Register through Flo beginning Nov. 30, 2026.

  2. Submit applications for available positions by Jan. 25, 2027, at 12:00 p.m. PT.

  3. Review employer decisions and your draft interview schedule beginning Thursday, Jan. 28, at 9:00 a.m.

  4. Accept, decline, or cancel interviews through Flo during the student review and cancellation period.

    • Initial cancellation deadline: Friday, Jan. 29. Review your schedule carefully and cancel any interviews you no longer wish to attend by this deadline.

    • Second-round invitations: Beginning Monday, Feb. 1, remaining interview openings may be offered to alternate candidates.

    • Alternates: Students who receive second-round invitations may continue canceling interviews through Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 5:00 p.m.

    • Need to cancel after Jan. 29? Email the PIPS team to request a cancellation. Same-day cancellations are not permitted except in emergencies.

    • Please cancel promptly if you no longer wish to participate in an interview. Canceling may allow another student to receive an interview invitation.

  5. Receive your final interview schedule by email on Wednesday, Feb. 3.

  6. Attend Formal Interviews on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2027.

Table Talk

  1. Register through Flo beginning Jan. 25, 2027, and sign up for networking sessions with participating employers.

  2. Complete your registration and sign-ups by Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2027.

  3. Receive your schedule with your confirmed networking sessions.

  4. Attend your scheduled Table Talk meetings on Friday, Feb. 5, 2027.
