Formal Interviews

Pre-screened interviews for summer and post-graduate positions.

  • Flo Recruit Registration Opens: November 30, 2026 (Students can register and begin reviewing employer postings.)

  • Applications Open: December 14, 2026 (Students can begin submitting applications to employers. Registration remains open throughout the application period.)

  • Application Deadline: January 15, 2027, at 12:00 PM PT

  • Event Date: Saturday, February 6, 2027

Table Talk

Networking sessions with employers.

  • Registration Opens: January 25, 2027 (Students can register for Table Talk and begin signing up for networking sessions with participating employers.)

  • Registration Deadline: February 3, 2027 (Deadline to register and sign up for networking sessions.)

  • Event Date: Friday, February 5, 2027

What Happens Next?

Formal Interviews

  1. Register through Flo Recruit.

  2. Submit applications for available positions.

  3. Employers review applications and submit interview selections.

  4. View interview decisions and review a draft of your interview schedule.

  5. Accept, decline, or cancel interviews through Flo Recruit during the student review and cancellation period.

    • Students who cancel interviews may allow opportunities to become available for other students through the second round of interview invitations.

  6. Receive your final interview schedule.

  7. Attend your scheduled interviews.

Table Talk

  1. Register through Flo Recruit and sign up for networking sessions.

  2. Receive your schedule.

  3. Attend your Table Talk meetings.
